Awards & Recognitions

  • 2019 - The German School of Ann Arbor received the liecence to proctor the German Language Certificate II temporarily (Deutsches Sprachdiplom II) by The Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs in the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • 2014 - Recognition of the German School of Ann Arbor as one of the German PASCH schools. Consul General Herbert Quelle from the Consulate General Chicago and Anka Fehling, ZfA advisor for German lessons, awarded the PASCH badge to DSAA and awarded DSD-certificates to DSAA students in our first DSD ceremony. 
  • 2013 - Official recognition of the German School of Ann Arbor as a language diploma school by The Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs in the Federal Republic of Germany. The school received the liecence to proctor the German Language Certificate I (Deutsches Sprachdiplom I)
  • 2010 – Official affiliation of the German School of Ann Arbor with the Central Agency for German Schools Abroad
